There are so many great memories with our sweet girl. Layla was our big ol’ cuddle bear and truly our little shadow. She loved everyone she ever met and was the best girl. She would always greet you at the door with a toy in her mouth and her tail wagging so hard doing a little happy dance. She loved her cheese, her belly rubs and ear scratches and all of her teddy bears.

She loved her car rides, swimming and chasing after sticks. Those were some of her favorite things in the world. I think one of the memories i will never forget is anytime I would go to open a block of cheese she would come running to the kitchen for some. I will never forget being greeted at the door with a toy.

Casey loved to cuddle. The best memory is seeing her cute tiny face in the window when you arrived home. She loved blankets and pillows. She was the best puppy who gave us so many happy memories.

I remember bringing Scotch home when he was about 1. He was so sweet and calm in his kennel that I opened it up on the top to see his little face hoping he wouldn’t try to jump out in the car. He popped his little head out and spent the whole ride giving happy ears and getting pets, not at all alarmed by the stranger who just became his Mom. I remember thinking to myself, “My gosh you are so beautiful and I have no clue how to take care of you, but we are going to figure it out” and did we ever. Between chasing him until the binkie jumps took over, to him trying to steal every french fry I put in my mouth, to every bedtime snuggle, to every tear he dried, to all the happy ears, to every stolen treat and everything in between it was never a dull moment.The memories are endless. I love you little buddy, rest peacefully.

I remember the day I got him. He was so big for a baby I had to squat him in a cat carrier so they were light enough combined to be allowed on the plane. I remember him coming home and snuggling his first blanket.

He loved walks and camping and chasing squirrels. He was great with people and dogs and everyone who met him loved him. I’ve never known a dog with so much personality !

More memories than I could ever write in a book. He was the good est boy and had a fabulous life. We miss him.

My favourite memories with Delilah are the day I adopted her and her sister Dorothy, I had never adopted adult pigs so it was a learning curve, she was nervous and so was I. Seeing her slowly learn to trust me truly warmed my heart. I loved seeing her run around her cage so carefree and happily. I would often catch her climbing her huts or jumping on the top level of her bunk bed, she was fearless in that sense!!

Delilah was a sweet sister, she was never one to cause drama within the trio, she was calm, quiet and patient. Particularly patient to watch her sisters pick their perfect piece of lettuce so she could sneak up and take it from them. She was the smallest but she was mischievous.

I loved watching Delilah thrive these past couple months. We loved having her as part of our family.
