Max was an escape artist. How many times did he dig under the fence and go on an adventure? He was such an easy-going dog that you could take him everywhere. One night him and I packed up a tent and went camping. He really was a great dog.

We have too many favourite memories to list them all but he was such a silly boy. I remember when he snuck a lobster head in my bed. He was so stinky and orange. I bathed him and he threw up the lobster and rolled in it. Another time he stuck his head through my screen door. He was the best therapy dog. If you were having a bad he always knew it and was there to hug you and put his head on your chest so you could play with his soft ears. He was a big personality and will be forever missed.

Our favourite memories of Harley are taking him in the cat backpack while going out on scooters. He loved it.

Rylee loved visiting the cabin and going for rides on the quad.
Her most favourite thing to do was play outside with her human brother, Jonathan. They’d play soccer for hours, play in the pool, eat lollipops, and sit by the fire.
Rylee loved going in the car, especially if little brother was coming and we were heading to Tim Hortons. Her human brother always called her “sis” and made sure to give her a kiss goodnight.

Everyday was the best memories with Coal. The car rides from Alberta to British Columbia, the walks through the mountains or the Edmonton river valley, refusing to get out of the car when the drive was done, watching you drink water from rivers, how excited you get when everyone gets home from work, barking when someone hugged and didn’t include you. Watching you play with your favourite toys in the backyard and enjoying play time with your favourite dog friends like you were still a puppy. Soaking up the sun on the back deck. Laying in front of our bedroom doors hoping it would prevent us from leaving the house. But most of all the love, cuddles and kisses you made sure to give to all of us.

Annabelle was a truly one-of-a-kind kitty. She loved visitors and would often greet them at the door the moment they stepped into the apartment. She was the type of cat who would walk right up to you, purring like a little motorboat. Head and chin scratchies were her favourites—but don’t be fooled by her belly. If she showed it to you and you dared to touch it, you just might lose a finger… or two.
Her tail was always wagging—happy, angry, sad, or content. She could be hard to read sometimes, but Mommy knew her like the back of her hand.

Annabelle adored her zoomies, her after-shower cuddles, and making biscuits on all of Mommy’s soft blankets. She loved basking in the sun and lounging out on the balcony. None of Mommy’s plants were ever safe around Miss Annabelle—she knew she wasn’t supposed to chew them, but that never stopped her.

Christmas was one of her favourite times of the year. She would spend the holidays curled up under the tree, and every Christmas morning she somehow always knew exactly which stocking was hers. She loved her daddy, too—curling up beside him while he watched the game or getting extra pets while he watched videos. She would look at him with so much love, and he’s really going to miss her constant presence. She especially loved when her daddy gave her food or treats; she would eat every last bite, no matter what. There were even times when Mommy would feed her, but Daddy would have to pick up the plate and pretend he gave her new food before she’d eat it. LOL.

Our home feels so empty without our little Miss Pretty Girl, Annabelle… but we will forever treasure every memory she gave us.

The moment we met Kiwi at Beagle Paws, she climbed up onto our laps and we knew we had to make her part of our family. For an entire month, she slept on my head on the couch while she adjusted to living in a home and from then on, she never left my side for more than an hour at a time. Our nephews grew up with her and she was just as spoiled as the grandkids. She ate every meal with us, shared our pillows, was never left at home, and was given every ounce of love she deserved. For 8 years, she was there for every single one of our happiest moments and all the heartbreak and licked our tears away each time.
They say you rescue an animal when you adopt them but really, it was Kiwi who rescued us. She’ll never truly be gone because she’ll be in our hearts forever and will be alive in everything we do. We’ll always love you the most baby girl ♥

We have so many favourite memories! We loved taking him on walks, Bowring park was a favorite! He loved going to dog parks and always was kind and goofy with the other dogs. Sometimes he would find a friend to match his “husky play” style. He loved everyone he met. Him playing with his friend Charlie was the silliest thing to watch every single time.
The mischievous things are funny memories now, like always laying on our clean laundry piles or trying to sneak food he wasn’t supposed to have and so many more things that made up that strong personality of his.

Some of our favourite memories include waking up each morning and giving her hugs and kisses. Every Christmas morning she would wait by the basement door barking for someone to open the door. Why? She knew that waiting under the Christmas tree would be her stocking. Every year, she received a remote-controlled car. Dad would start the car and have it come out of stocking dragging her favorite yellow squeaky balls. She loved her walks. Whenever the car would get close to one of her favorite walking spots, she would bark and howl with excitement. She became used to the timing that anyone was supposed to be home and would wait by the front door. She loved chasing squirrels, people; especially children, giving kisses to anybody and getting her picture taken. If you were doing something, she wanted to watch. She was a blessing to our family and anyone that met her.
