My favourite thing about Bubbles was how he always meowed and “talked” to me. He was funny when he stole my socks and walked around with them in his mouth. He was also really silly when he played with catnip. I loved watching him and his sister Mellie run around and play together. He was a very special cat

My sweet little angel.

Taken from us far too soon…
I remember our “gotcha” day like it was yesterday. I had a gray tabby cat chosen before I arrived at the SPCA. I went to go pick him up, but when I walked into the room, this tiny little beautiful baby started bellowing out to me, refusing to allow me to walk by and demanded all of my attention (as she always did).
I came over to her, and she was purring and pacing back-and-forth, rubbing up against the cage and my hands. She chose me and I chose her ….my beautiful little soul kitty.
The people at the SPCA told me how happy they were that I chose her, but that they had to tell me some unfortunate news. She has a low grade heart murmur. They told me she is at risk of developing heart disease, and that there were others who decided not to take the risk. I had already decided she was mine and so I took the risk anyway and I am so glad I did.
We had only almost 10 years (this October) together, not nearly long enough.
We are all left with a huge hole our hearts and the silence in our house is deafening. Everyone who knew her knew she was the most talkative little angel who loved her family fiercely. She wanted to be right up there with us in whatever we were doing even if it was just going to the bathroom.Lol. She gave all of her love all of the time. She was just happy. Happy to be with us. Heart full of love.
She had the most loudest and unique personality. She never laid in normal places or positions. She loved to lick and cob biting. She loved carrots and rolled around in them like it was catnip. She wouldn’t eat meat.(unless in a can) she loved sweets, like cake or icing or ice cream. She loved when I picked her up and cradled her and I would just walk around bumping and rocking her like my baby she is. I got to do that one last time as we said goodbye.
She brought so much love and laughter to our home, and I am forever thankful.
I love you, my sweet angel girl. I know you’re here with me, but we are going to miss you so much.

Our girl was sassy, independent, and absolutely her own creature… except when it came to Madelyn. With her sister, she was a total sook. Gentle, sweet, and soft in a way she saved only for the ones she trusted most.
We’ll miss her playful spark, and especially the way she’d ask for rubs and scratches with that unmistakable “you know what I want” look she had mastered. And we’ll miss her daily missions checking every closed door like a tiny inspector, determined to sneak in, explore, and find just enough trouble to make herself happy.
She was never ashamed of it. If anything, she was proud. Marlee lived on her own terms, loved on her own terms, and let her sweetness show when she decided the moment was right. That was part of her charm, she was unmistakably herself.
Run free Marlee. Thank you for the joy, the mischief, and the love you gave us in your own perfect way. You’ll always be part of our home.

Sebastian would always stand on his hind legs to watch me leave for work through the window. Once I was out of sight, he would run as fast as his little legs could take him to the back deck where I would wait for him and give him chin scratches. When I’d get home later, he’d always settle himself in my arms for as long as he and I both wanted for all the snuggles. My home and my heart feel a lot emptier these days. If love alone could have kept him going, he would have lived forever! I love you, my little man.

She didn’t like to be touched by many, and when she did let them, it was on her terms! Boy, wasn’t she picky about her human buddies!
We couldn’t say “Tim’s,” “McDonald’s,” or “Nan” without her whining and barking until we opened the door to go. She even ran into a door once, too excited, as she knew she was going in the car.
She was well-behaved; never did we ever have to put her on a leash out in the garden; she wasn’t going anywhere.
I could go on and on! We have too many funny and happy memories to choose just one. She made our little family whole!
Some people believe the deep connection we feel with our pets is because their souls were always meant to be close to ours. Even if they didn’t come into our lives in human form, they still found their way to us in this lifetime — simply to love and be loved.
We miss you, Mya, and always will. One of the best decisions I made was choosing you.
Oliver never meowed he used to grunt, we used to have conversations and I asked him would he like cheese or cream cheese and he would grunt which meant yes. He would never get into trouble, he was a good boy. He was my baby, I spoiled him rotten, he was my shadow, and I will love and miss him forever
