FAQ

We do not euthanize any pets. We just cremate.

Unfortunately, We obey the vet rules and regulations, and the Veterinary Board has advised us to not accepted directly from the public. We are not vet professionals and can not pronounce them deceased.

When we first opened, yes, we went into homes and accept pets from their owners. Until they advised us that practice was unacceptable and we had to stop.  This is very hard for families we know, but we must follow these regulations to be able to provide families with the service we do.

The vet clinic will call us to let us know that your beloved pet is ready for pick-up.

We go to the clinics every morning Monday-Friday

Private Cremation: This is where your pet will be privately cremated with the cremains returned to you in a little white box with paw prints on it.

Communal Cremation: This is where your pet will be cremated with other pets and their cremains are not returned to you. Instead, they are buried in our memorial garden

The cost is based on weight and on what vet clinic you would use, as some clinics do the payment for cremation, and we just complete the service for them

This would be charged out by your local vet clinic.

If you are a client of the clinic, they normally do not charge you a holding fee, but please check with your clinic.

Private: If your pet comes in for private cremation we will be in contact with your for all your final wishes and to get your permission to proceed with cremation.

If you do use one of our contract clinic, they do take care of everything and we do not contact you unless stated other wise by the clinic, as this is how they wish the contract to go.

Communal: We do not contact you, unless stated by the clinic that you wish to have prints done.

Once your pet has arrived in our care, we will fill out our necessary paperwork with all the required information. We will then be in contact with you to go over your final wishes.

We ask you give us  up to 7 days, it does not normally take the whole 7 days but we ask this incase something were to happen to our machine.

Your pets cremains will be returned to you in a little white box with paw prints on it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or Cash

You can pay your invoice in person when you arrive for your pick up appointment.
