To have known Arvin was to be changed by love.
He was a protector, comedian, and gentle soul rolled into one brown coat and a heart far too big for this world.
From the moment he came home, Arvin filled every corner of life with loyalty and light. He had that Doberman grace, regal yet goofy, and a presence that made everyone feel a little safer, a little happier, a little more seen. His deep eyes spoke without words, his nuzzles healed heavy hearts, and his goofy grin could pull a smile out of the hardest day.
He lived fully and loved fiercely. Whether standing guard at the window, stretched out for a good sun nap, or running beside his sister Sylvie his joy was pure and contagious. He made ordinary days feel extraordinary.
Losing him has left a silence that words can’t touch. But his spirit hasn’t left, it lingers in every familiar spot, every quiet moment, every little thing he loved. His loyalty, courage, and love will forever be part of the hearts he guarded so faithfully.
