Obie was one of a kind. He was the biggest goof ball. He had such human like qualities. A little human soul who loved everyone he met and everyone he met, he left a lasting impact on them. Sweet boy, I remember he would always watch TV with us and would let out a growl at anything from a mouse on the screen – to a horse lol he would normally bark at the horses and growl at the mice but it was the funniest thing to witness. He was definitely a vocal boy, it was almost as if we knew exactly what he was trying to say ♡
Obie loved nature, just like me. I soaked up every second I had with him, especially when we would go on a nice hike. We would always remember to stop and smell the flowers, and we did that together.
Obie loved a good snuggle and it gave me such comfort when he would snuggle up into my shoulder/neck. He knew he was loved.
I got Obie when I was 22 years old so he was with me for the majority of my 20’s and we definitely grew together as one. He was my heart and soul and if it wasn’t for him.. I don’t know if I would be who I am today or where I would be.. so thank you Obie for being the best dog I could have ever asked for and for guiding me to where I was meant to go. You are forever a part of me and I am so grateful for that. I love you, Obie and I miss you more then you’ll ever know.
See you on the other side baby boy.
